It is also a Persuasion Pathway, discussed in Part 2: Skill 4, “Reveal Persuasion Pathways”.
External people look outside themselves for guidance and validation. Their emotions and decisions depend heavily on what others think. Helping them shift toward an Internal orientation (inner compass) can raise IDQ.
