1. About us
These terms apply when you buy a Pressure Labs course from 7skills.co.uk. The site is run by 7skills2impress Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17511105, with its registered office at Unit 3, Welton Road, Warwick, England CV34 5PZ. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 7skills2impress Ltd, and “you” means the person buying.
You can contact us at talkto@7skills.co.uk. Please read these terms before you buy. By completing your purchase, you agree to them.
2. What you’re buying
Pressure Labs offers four online courses: Perform Under Pressure, Bulletproof Confidence, Personal Magnetism and The Art of Persuasion. You can buy any course on its own, or all four together as the four-course collection.
Each course includes its online lessons, downloadable worksheets, the High Performance Imprinting module, the companion chapters of the online book The 7 Skills to impress™, and access to Members’ Questions. The course page tells you exactly what each one contains.
Each purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews and you won’t be charged again.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on the Pressure Labs page and at checkout. At launch, each course costs US$9.99 and the four-course collection costs US$24.99.
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details. If your bank charges you for paying in US dollars, that charge is between you and your bank.
We may change our prices, but a change won’t affect anything you’ve already bought. If we make a mistake with a price, we’ll tell you before your purchase goes through, and you can choose whether to go ahead.
4. Your account and access
When you buy, you create an account on 7skills.co.uk. Your course is available as soon as your payment goes through, and you keep access for as long as Pressure Labs runs. If we ever decide to close Pressure Labs or withdraw a course, we’ll give you at least 90 days’ notice by email, so you have time to finish the course and download your worksheets.
Your account is for you alone. Please keep your password private and don’t share your login. If we find an account being shared or misused, we may suspend it after telling you why.
We work hard to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
5. Your right to cancel
Under UK law, you normally have 14 days to change your mind about something you buy online. For digital content like our courses, that right ends once you start accessing the content, but only if you’ve agreed to that.
At checkout, we’ll ask you to tick a box to confirm two things: that you want access to start straight away, and that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins. We’ll repeat this in your order confirmation email.
If you don’t tick the box, we can’t give you immediate access. If you’ve bought a course but haven’t opened any of it, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Just email us at talkto@7skills.co.uk.
6. If something isn’t right
Our courses must work properly, match their description and be of satisfactory quality. If something is broken, missing or not as described, tell us at talkto@7skills.co.uk and we’ll put it right. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, you’re entitled to some or all of your money back. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days of us agreeing to them. When we refund a course, access to it ends.
7. Using the material
Everything in Pressure Labs, including the lessons, worksheets, videos, images, the online book and the 7 Skills methods and terms, belongs to us or to the people we license it from.
You can use it for your own learning, and you can print worksheets for your own use. You’re welcome to use what you learn with your family, your team or the people you coach.
You can’t copy, resell, share, publish or teach the course material itself, in whole or in part, without our written permission. That includes posting lessons or worksheets online and using them to run your own paid course or training.
8. Members’ Questions
Members can send Mark questions about the courses. Mark reads every question and answers some each week on the Members’ Questions page, which all members can see. We can’t promise to answer every question or to reply by a set date.
We’ll only use your first name with an answer if you tick the box to say we can. Otherwise your question is shown without your name. Please don’t include details that could identify you or anyone else.
We may edit questions for length or clarity, and we won’t publish anything offensive or unrelated to the courses. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. What the courses are and aren’t
The courses teach practical skills for confidence, performance and influence, drawn from Mark’s experience. They are for education only. They aren’t medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and they don’t replace help from a qualified professional.
If you’re dealing with a mental health condition, trauma or anything that feels too much, please talk to your GP or a qualified professional before or alongside the courses. If you’re in crisis, contact your GP, call NHS 111, or call Samaritans free on 116 123.
How much you get from the courses depends on how you use them, so we can’t promise particular results.
10. Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We’re not responsible for loss or damage that wasn’t foreseeable when you bought.
The courses are for personal use. We’re not responsible to you for any business loss, such as lost profit, lost business or interruption to your business.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Changes, complaints and the law
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the law changes or we add new features. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown when you bought, and the date at the bottom shows when they last changed.
If you have a complaint, email us at talkto@7skills.co.uk and we’ll reply within 5 working days. We’ll always try to put things right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your own country’s consumer law gives you.
